After being in the construction industry for over five years, Pavel Enterprises LLC officially formed in 2003 as investors of single-family homes. We took on the challenge of rehabbing properties with roofing, siding and interior issue – taking these properties from a disaster to a rejuvenated and livable home for just about any size family. From there, we started building new construction single-family houses, until the housing market turned around. Since then, we have been doing roofing, siding, painting & remodeling projects throughout the Twin Cities.
